MY PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE

Slow down, and tune in.

Sounds simple right - so why is it so hard to do? The reality is that the pace of the modern world makes tuning into ourselves really tricky. We are all hyper connected - thanks to smartphones, google, social media, emails, 24/7 news, all the many ways we consume a constant stream of information. But it’s coming at a big cost to our wellbeing.

Don’t get me wrong, who doesn’t love a Netflix binge? But our bodies really do hold the score, as well as the wisdom we need to move back into connection. To unlock it, we need to slow down, and really listen.

Hi, I’m Karina

I am a somatic practitioner, coach, yoga teacher, nature lover, communications specialist and primary ethics teacher.

I have a deep passion for helping people tune into their body from within so they can connect with themselves, learn to listen to the signals of their body and rewire patterns of dysregulation.

In yoga we call this working to spend more time in the state of Sattva, in Polyvagal theory it’s Ventral Vagal. Ultimately, it’s creating a state of being where we respond to the world around us and others from a place of safety and connection.

I’m passionate about teaching a eudaimonic approach to wellbeing - so that you can move into the world in a way embraces challenge, and even at times, discomfort, be witness to more joy and awe, and align your actions with your values.
